UV Transilluminator JY02 is applicable in molecular biology research for observing and photographing electrophoresis gels of proteins and nucleic acids, suitable for PCR product detection, DNA fingerprinting, and ideal for RFLP research and RAPD product analysis.
Nucleic acid- Various fluorescent dyes such as Ethidium bromide, SYBRTMGold, SYBRTMGreen, SYBRTMSafe, GelStarTM, Fluorescein, Texas Red labeled DNA/RNA detection.
Protein- Komas Blue gel, Silver Ignite gel, and fluorescent dyes such as Sypro TMRed, Sypro TMOrange, Pro-Q, Diamond, Deep Purple labeled gel/membrane/chip, etc.
