JY600MCS-3 Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis System is suitable for the detection and isolation of DNA molecules of 100bp-6Mb size, and is mainly used for the isolation and analysis of genomic DNA, the isolation of chromosomal DNA, the construction, identification and analysis of large fragment genomic libraries and transgenic research.
The hexagonal pulse field electrode of JY600MCS-3 pulse field electrophoresis system consists of 18 sets of independent electrodes with independent output, which not only meets the demand for large molecule DNA separation, but also makes up for the shortcomings of the clamp-type equalized electric field (CHEF) technology.In addition to the option of fixed modular or linear incremental modular program editing, it also contains automatic connection, dynamic correction and advanced field inversion functions, which effectively improve the recovery purity of large molecule fragments and save user labor.

Product components
(1) Power supply module: Molding shell, digital touch keys, dual-core microprocessor intelligent control, program editing and automatic connection, open-lid power-off protection, overload and no-load protection, automatic memory and automatic shutdown function.
(2) Output mode control distribution module: under the control of CPU intelligent control unit, control the pulse electric field power supply module according to the program mode for electric field output, the controlled pulse field voltage, current, electric field angle, electric field duration, output to the specific split electrode pair of pulse electrophoresis tank to form the pulse electric field.
(3) Electrophoresis tank module: The positive hexagonal pulsed field electrophoresis electrodes are composed of three independent sub-electrodes on each side of the electrode. The pulse field driving power output from the pulse field electrophoresis power supply is distributed to the specific sub-electrode pairs in the pulse field electrophoresis tank, so that the pulse field intensity, electric field angle and electric field conversion time meet the needs of experimental pulse field electrophoresis. The buffer cooling circulation unit is controlled to realize the constant temperature operation of electrophoresis operation to ensure the effect of electrophoresis experiment.
(4) Constant temperature circulator module: built-in buffer cooling circulation pump, effective control of electrophoresis temperature, high efficient and long-life service.
